We're looking for a Youth Pastor who has a passion for students. Someone who knows that ministry happens long before someone steps onto a platform. Someone who is willing to show up at football games, eat too much pizza, laugh often, answer late-night questions, celebrate victories, walk through difficult seasons, and point students toward Jesus every step of the way.

Your first priority is people. You'll intentionally connect with middle school and high school students by being present in their world, building genuine relationships, and creating a ministry where every student feels seen, valued, and loved.

Create engaging weekly experiences that help students connect with Jesus, build authentic community, and grow in their faith.

You are a leader of leaders. Recruit, train, encourage, and empower an incredible Dream Team of volunteers who love students and serve with excellence.

Parents are the primary spiritual influence in a student's life. You'll encourage, support, and communicate with families while partnering with them in the discipleship journey.

Work alongside our team to advance the overall mission and vision of Crossroads Church while helping build a church that looks like heaven.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Loves Jesus deeply and leads from a healthy relationship with Him.
• Naturally connects with middle school and high school students.
• Develops volunteers instead of doing ministry alone.
• Brings energy, creativity, and fresh ideas.
• Is humble, teachable, flexible, and thrives on a team.
• Loves having fun while pursuing excellence.
• Is self-motivated, dependable, and solution-oriented.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of youth ministry experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and discipline students.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Students who are becoming passionate followers of Jesus.
• Students inviting their friends.
• Leaders who are growing and multiplying.
• Parents who trust and value the ministry.
• A welcoming environment where every student feels like they belong.
• A healthy, growing ministry that reflects the heart and culture of Crossroads Church.
