Restaurant Store Manager – Smoothie King (Temple, TX)
Compensation: $17.00 per hour + Performance-Based Bonus (Full-Time, Overtime Eligible)
We’re looking for a strong, hands-on leader to run our Temple Smoothie King location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, improving operations, and taking ownership of store performance.
This is a full-time leadership position with hourly pay and overtime eligibility. In addition to base pay, this role includes a performance-based bonus program tied directly to store profitability, labor control, food cost management, and operational results.

Compensation & Bonus Structure- $17.00 per hour (overtime eligible)

This position requires availability on a rotating schedule based on business needs. The Store Manager is expected to work a mix of opening, mid, and closing shifts to support the team.
- Average of approximately 45 hours per week
- Rotating schedule including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
- Availability to support peak periods and occasional weekends
- Flexibility to adjust schedule as business needs require
- 2+ years of restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred
- Comfortable reviewing performance metrics (sales, labor, food cost)
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Someone who takes ownership and follows through
