Overview
As an Assistant Manager on our team, you will play a key role in leading our car wash to success, ensuring every vehicle that passes through is treated with the highest level of care. This role extends beyond basic oversight to include innovating new wash procedures, maintaining equipment, and providing outstanding customer service while managing a skilled team of car wash technicians.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of car wash technicians to ensure every vehicle is washed to perfection.
- Develop and implement new car wash procedures and techniques to improve efficiency and quality.
- Manage inventory and ensure supplies are stocked and used correctly.
- Maintain equipment and keep it running at peak efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring maximum satisfaction.
- Manage the finances of the car wash, staying within budget and remaining profitable.
- Passion for cars and keeping them in top shape.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide your team toward success.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Excitement to develop new processes and practices to stay ahead of the competition.
- Enjoy building relationships with customers and implementing excellent customer service practices.
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles and financial management.
- Earn up to $18 per hour plus an operational and financial metric‑based bonus program.
