Salary: $25.00 – $38.00 per hour (based on licensure)
We are hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) across Texas to provide 1‑on‑1 care to pediatric patients in home health settings. We are a boutique provider that is family‑owned and operated.

Pediatric Home Health Nurse – Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Summary / ObjectiveThe primary function is to administer skilled nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse to pediatric patients/clients in their homes and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patients/clients, their families, and referring agencies.
Essential Functions- Assist in identifying patients’ physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs under the direction of the RN.
- Participate in planning and implementing care per the POC.
- Use infection control measures to protect staff and patients.
- Ensure continuity of care through quality patient/client care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, team members, and other health professionals and complete timely documentation.
- Monitor assigned cases for payor compliance.
- Demonstrate commitment, professional growth, and competency.
- Promote agency philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
Education and Experience
- Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing.
- Current Texas license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse or a multi‑state license under the National Nurse Licensure Compact.
- One year experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in a clinical pediatric setting strongly preferred.
- Home health experience preferred.

Work EnvironmentWorks in patients’ homes in varying conditions; possible exposure to blood, bodily fluids and infectious diseases; must be able to work a flexible schedule and travel locally; some exposure to unpleasant weather.
