What We NeedWe’re currently seeking a Charge Nurse to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas—the #1 city in the nation for nursing opportunities and advancement. Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital is a 636‑bed specialty care teaching hospital and the only Level 1 Trauma Center between Dallas and Austin.

- Patients requiring procedural interventions such as thoracentesis, lumbar puncture, central line placement, paracentesis, angio‑cath, pacemaker insertions and chest tubes
- Enteral feeding tube insertion and maintenance
- Patients requiring cardiac monitoring
- GI abnormalities
- Trach care
- Genitourinary abnormalities

The Ideal Candidate
- Graduate of an RN school of nursing; ADN required
- Must be licensed to practice professional nursing by the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners
- Completed an established program in nursing
- At least 2 years in the field
- Registered Nurse license
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
