Retail Associate/ Customer Service
The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor seeks qualified Christian employees for this position.
Responsibilities- Assists in the overall operation of the UMHB Campus Store.
- Interacts on a daily basis with students, faculty, staff, and campus guests.
- Assists shoppers in selecting merchandise and provides excellent customer service to enhance the retail experience.
- Processes sales, returns and other transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
- Performs inventory activities as assigned.
- Assists in purchasing, stocking and displaying merchandise.
- Helps in preparing and shipping of store returns.
- Performs tasks related to the enhancement of overall store appearance including light housekeeping duties.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including extended hours of operation and Saturday openings.
Work schedule will vary, not to exceed 26 hours in any designated workweek, which is Saturday through Friday.
Minimum RequirementsCompetitive salary commensurate with experience.
