Customer Service Associate II

Role Overview

Your positive, friendly disposition and eagerness to get things done make you the right person for our Customer Service Associate II position. You will assist with the daily operations of the assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers, while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely in accordance with productivity standards.
• Merchandise and stock items as needed.
• Assist with store cleanliness, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment while interacting professionally with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Manage sales transactions and operate the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Cross‑train to support front‑end duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Capability to lift 30–50 lbs. from floor to over shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, including with reasonable accommodation.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.
