The Dealer Success and Business Development role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Belton, TX. The role will require extensive travel with 4‑5 days on the road per week. This role is responsible for building and managing relationships with dealer partners, supporting them in selling and servicing Glass Expanse products, and ensuring their ongoing success. Day‑to‑day activities include identifying and onboarding new dealer partners, providing product education and sales support, coordinating pricing and proposals, and monitoring dealer performance.
The role collaborates closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams to develop dealer‑focused initiatives, resolve issues, and improve processes. This position also involves regular communication with dealers, occasional site visits, and proactive follow‑up to drive growth, customer satisfaction, and brand representation in target markets.
- Dealer relationship management and account management skills to support, grow, and retain dealer partners.
- Business development, lead generation, and sales skills to identify opportunities and expand the dealer network.
- Customer service and communication skills to address dealer and end‑customer needs effectively and professionally.
- Organizational, time management, and follow‑up skills to handle multiple dealer accounts and projects concurrently.
- Basic understanding of construction, architectural products, or building materials; experience with premium or technical products is a plus.
- Comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard office software for tracking pipelines, performance, and communications.
- Ability to work on‑site in Belton, TX, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and occasionally travel to dealer locations as needed.
- Prior experience in dealer networks, channel sales, or territory management is preferred.
