Assistant Coach, Acrobatics and Tumbling

The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor seeks qualified Christian employees for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Assists in the design, implementation, and evaluation of the Acrobatic and Tumbling program.
• Performs all related administrative duties as assigned, to include recruiting, travel, resource management and media communications.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be an active and committed Christian who will support the University's mission and who will be an active participant in their local church.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• A minimum of one (1) year experience coaching acrobatics and tumbling is required. Coaching at the collegiate level is preferred.
• Proficiency in NCATA, NCAA DIII and ASC rules and regulations is required.
• Professional membership with NCATA is required.
• Basic computer competency and general office equipment operation is required.
• Effective communication skill; both orally and written.
• Must be available for a flexible work schedule, including assigned weekend and evening hours.
• Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
• Must possess a valid Texas driver's license and be insurable by UMHB auto insurance carrier.
• Must agree to the University's Employee Statement of Understanding.
