Coleman Worldwide Moving is hiring non‑CDL drivers for immediate openings in your area. The position involves loading, transporting, and unloading household goods, and provides an opportunity to lead moving crews, interact with customers, and grow within the company.
Compensation is $17–$18 per hour depending on experience, with incentives above hourly pay for great work.

- Transport goods using a company truck.
- Lead crew in loading and unloading shipments.
- Inspect shipments for proper packing or wrapping.
- Perform accurate inventory of shipments.
- Assist loading trucks/containers for interstate movement.
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip safety inspections on truck, equipment, straps, tensioners, walk boards, etc.
- Maintain required documentation and paperwork for shipments, expenses, driver logs, and DOT regulations.
- Lift and carry household goods between residence and vehicle.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities
- Willingness to travel locally, intrastate, or interstate.
- Ability to operate a box truck.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Preferred:
Real driver’s license.
- Indoors and outdoors.
- Lifting objects up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent squatting and bending.
- Frequent use of stairs.
- Driving for long periods of time.
- 40 hours of vacation pay after 1‑year employment.

- $500 scholarship toward post‑secondary education for the first full summer internship.
- $750 scholarship for the second full internship.

- Eligibility: summer seasonal associate in a non‑management position (Helper, Packer, Driver, Warehouseman, or other service center operation), proof of enrollment in school for current year’s fall classes, full‑time during the season, with supervisor acknowledgement of good work performance and attendance.
