Job Overview
Coleman Worldwide Moving is hiring loaders, packers, movers, and warehouse personnel for its service centers. Compensation is $15–$16 per hour depending on experience. Minimum age for employment is 17. The role offers opportunities for growth and potential incentives above hourly pay.
Essential Functions and Duties- Wrap household goods for transit
- Perform packing jobs as necessary
- Lift and carry household goods between residence and vehicle
- Assist in loading trucks and/or containers for forward movement via interstate commerce
- Conduct pre‑trip inspections alongside drivers of all aspects of equipment including truck interior, straps and tensioners, walk‑boards, etc.
- Complete household goods inventory
- Perform work at warehouse as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities
- Must be willing to travel (local, intrastate and interstate)
- Good communication skills
Education and Experience
Required:
High school diploma or GED.
Preferred:
Real , Complaint Driver’s License.
- Indoor and outdoor work
- Lifting objects up to 50 pounds
- Frequent squatting and bending
- Frequent use of stairs
- 40 hours of vacation pay after 1-year employment

Coleman Worldwide Moving offers a scholarship program for qualifying summer interns:
- $500 scholarship toward post‑secondary education for the first full summer internship
- $750 scholarship toward post‑secondary education for the second full summer internship
- $1,000 scholarship toward post‑secondary education for the third or more full summer internship
Eligibility requires the intern to be employed as helper, packer, driver, warehouseman, or other service center operational, non‑management position; proof of enrollment in school for current year’s fall classes; full‑time work through the season; supervisor acknowledgement of good work performance and attendance.
