Construction Crew Leader And Estimator

Shark Point, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Construction Crew Leader and Estimator to join our team in Beltsville, MD.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing all supervision and oversight of the contractor's FRL employees.
• Overseeing and participating in all contractor-related activities on the laboratory floor with respect to executing daily work assignments.
• Responsible for activities including, but not limited to, tracking and filing work requests, ensuring that time and attendance records for contract personnel are properly completed and maintained.
• Maintaining a MMS to track building material and supply usage and generate contract status reports.
• Ensuring that files of all necessary administrative records and soliciting quotes to procure building materials, temporary and general construction services are maintained.
• Administering/Reconciling purchases required for Fire tests/case materials.
• Performing a periodic reconciliation of major project costs per contractor's use of Company's Credit Card(s) or purchasing mechanism.

Requirements include:

• This individual shall have a minimum of five (5) years' experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, Construction Estimator or Laboratory Test Bed Fabricator, at least two (2) of which was serving as a crew leader or maintenance leader of trades personnel.
