This position is offering a pay rate of $36.22/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. • Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations for plant leadership and operational teams.
• Build, manage, and maintain datasets from multiple data sources, including multiple ERP systems, in order to support reporting and data-driven initiatives.
• Collaborate with plant management and department leaders to understand reporting requirements and business needs.
• Create automated reporting solutions that reduce manual reporting efforts.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.
• Document reporting processes, data definitions, and dashboard functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data quality and reporting issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Power BI development and administration.
• Minimum 1 year of experience building data models, datasets, and automated reports.

• Minimum 1 year of experience performing data analysis in manufacturing setting.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, and DAX.
• Proficiency working with SQL databases and writing queries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced data analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
