Aboutthe Role
Our drivers and technicians are the most frequent point of contact between Commonwealth Joe and our customers. Every delivery and every service call is a moment of truth for the brand. The Delivery Technician is the Level 2 in our five‑tier Delivery Career Development Roadmap. It is built for the person who can run a full solo route, install and service Nitro Cold Brew keg systems, and solve technical problems in the field without picking up the phone.
This role rewards judgment and ownership. When a coupler handle comes off or a system needs a part, you do not open a ticket and move on. You walk back to the truck, grab the part, and fix it on the spot. That instinct is what earns customer trust and renews accounts.
The Opportunity to GrowAdvancement is based on what you demonstrate. The tiered pay bands are:
- Tier 1: Delivery & Service Associate – $19 to $22 / hr
- Tier 2: Delivery Technician – $22 to $25 / hr (This Role)
- Tier 3: Senior Delivery Technician – $26 to $28 / hr
- Tier 4: Lead Driver – $28 to $30 / hr
- Tier 5: Operations Leader – $30+/hr or $65k+ salary, uncapped
As a Delivery Technician, you sit at the technical heart of the team with a direct path to Senior Delivery Technician, Lead Driver, and Operations Leadership. Quarterly scorecards track performance toward the next tier.
