Location: Beltsville, MD – Full‑time, in‑person.

Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour, with a clear path to $30 or more per hour as you progress.

Schedule: 5 days per week (Monday through Friday) with an option to work four days a week.

The Delivery & Service Associate is the face of Commonwealth Joe to the wholesale and office accounts we serve across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. You will start by mastering the fundamentals of reliable, accurate, safe, and customer‑centric delivery, while receiving hands‑on training on our Nitro Cold Brew kegerator systems.

First tier of our Delivery Career Development Roadmap, this role offers a clear, measurable path to grow. Advancement is based on demonstrated performance, not tenure.

• Level 1 – Delivery & Service Associate: $19–$22 per hour
• Delivery Driver II / Delivery Technician (Level 2): $22–$25 per hour
• Senior Delivery Technician (Level 3): $26–$28 per hour
• Lead Driver (Level 4): $28–$30 per hour
• Operations Leader (Level 5): $30+ per hour or $65,000+ salary, uncapped

You will receive a quarterly scorecard showing your progress and the criteria for the next level.

• Complete delivery routes safely and on schedule across the DMV.
• Handle product and keg deliveries with accuracy and care.
• Represent Commonwealth Joe professionally at every customer location.
• Keep your vehicle clean and perform daily inspections.
• Follow all delivery standards and safety protocols.
• Communicate clearly with operations about delivery status or issues.
• Close out delivery tickets accurately and on time.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with customers on your route.
• Learn to service and troubleshoot Nitro Cold Brew kegerator systems through hands‑on training with a senior driver.

• You enjoy working with people and build positive, professional relationships through excellent customer service.

• You are eager to learn and receive hands‑on training in kegerator operations.
• You thrive in a flexible, fast‑paced environment and work safely and efficiently.
• You are punctual, reliable, and communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors.

• Valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years (Non‑CDL).
• Comfort and previous experience driving 16‑ft to 26‑ft box trucks or similar.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 150+ lbs to waist height.
• Comfort physically loading and unloading vehicles.
• Comfort using a smartphone and handheld delivery software.

• Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Previous technician, mechanical, or hands‑on repair experience.
• Experience with hand trucks, pallet jacks, delivery routes, and basic warehousing practices.
• Comfort using basic tools and hardware.

New drivers join a structured 90‑day onboarding program combining technical training, shadowing, and supervised route work. You will be paired with a senior driver, complete our Keeg and BIB Technical Training, and progress from ride‑alongs to running your own route.
