Reporting to the Warehouse Manager this position supports daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and shipment of solar materials and equipment. Key duties include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and preparing orders for dispatch. The role involves operating warehouse equipment and vehicles safely, maintaining a clean and compliant workspace, and supporting data entry and record-keeping processes.

The Warehouse Technician works closely with team members to improve workflow, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold safety standards. This position plays a vital role in delivering high-quality service and supporting the company’s mission in the renewable energy industry.

This position is located in Beltsville, Md and requires occasional presence on job sites.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Warehouse or logistics experience
• Equipment operation skills (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks)
• Attention to detail, basic computer skills,
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Clean driving record

• Certification in forklift operation.
• Experience in the solar energy or renewable energy sector.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.

• Knowledge of inventory management software
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes and documentation.
• Ability to drive light duty (1/2 ton Ford F150, ¾ ton Ford Transit) as well as medium duty (1-1/2 ton Ford F550) trucks.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish)

Hourly Wage: $15-$20
