Wild Fork Team Member

As a Wild Fork Team Member, you will support our E‑Commerce business by fulfilling all orders, ensuring the correct products are picked, packed, and shipped within the customer’s expected delivery time.

Frozen is Fresher! At Wild Fork, we believe that by controlling every step of the process from farm to fork we ensure the highest quality, largest selection, and most consistent eating experience. We blast‑freeze our products at
-40 °F to maintain peak freshness, reduce crystallization, and preserve vitamins and minerals. This process is ten times faster than standard freezing for locked‑in taste and tenderness in every bite.

Because all of our product is frozen, you will work in a freezer and refrigerated spaces for most of your shift. It can be cold, but we’ll provide you with the right gear to stay warm!

• Pick and pack products to fulfill e‑commerce orders
• Assist in ensuring all outgoing shipments of products meet company standards
• Operate an electric pallet jack to transport product
• Visually inspect product, following proper procedures to reduce or eliminate damage
• Accurately receive all perishable and non‑perishable products from outside vendors and other storage facilities
• Ensure accurate count and product specs and notify appropriate personnel of unusual situations
• Pack and wrap dry ice pouches for local orders
• Accurately rotate stock and maintain product integrity by ensuring it stays in the proper temperature environment
• Help clean and level pallets for inventory
• Ensure orders are completed, loaded, and shipped that same day
• Strive to reach the KPIs of the business
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Work in a cold environment with temperatures ranging from
  -0 °F and below
• Lift and move items up to 50 pounds
• Stand or walk for up to 10–12 hours
• Regularly bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head
• Maintain the personal strength and stamina to walk briskly for most of the day throughout the facility

• High school degree or GED preferred but not required
• One year of Warehouse/Freezer experience preferred
• Experience with SAP a plus but not required
• Ability to multi‑task while being attentive to customers’ orders and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
