In your role as a Regional Manager, your day revolves around maintaining strong relationships with assigned accounts and actively seeking new clients to enhance market penetration in the residential and commercial sectors. You utilize your negotiation skills to drive growth while meeting margin targets and positioning products and services as strategic advantages for customers. When issues arise, you promptly resolve them, building trust and ensuring client satisfaction.
By staying informed about market trends and competitor offerings, you deliver innovative solutions reinforcing your value as a trusted partner, making each interaction impactful and meaningful.
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC Sales
- 3+ years of experience in account management and sales
- Strong communication skills
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Although not required, having a college degree, customer-facing experience, and fluency or experience in HVAC is a plus!
