• Knowledge of water restoration equipment and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on‑call shifts.
