  Full time Order Builder (hiring immediately)
• Location:
  
  1222 Crosslink Parkway, Belvidere, IL 61008 (online applications accepted only)
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, hours may vary; 2:00 pm start time.
• Pay: $17.50 to $18.00 per hour.
• Sign‑on bonus: $1,000.
• Safety shoes allowance: $100.

• Pick fast & pick easy – our smart technology knows exactly how much you need to grab.
• Trash what’s damaged – if it’s popped, beaten, or uneatable, you’ll be the one to toss it.
• Lift up to 50 lbs per day (regular lifting).
• Perform general order‑building tasks such as pulling, picking, stacking, and cleaning.

Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
