What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome customers like they're family.
• Help guests understand what their vehicle needs (without speaking "mechanic").
• Keep repairs moving smoothly between customers and technicians.
• Recommend maintenance that keeps vehicles safe and reliable.
• Celebrate happy customers when they leave knowing they were well taken care of.
