Maintenance Technician

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure efficient operation.
• Assist senior maintenance technicians with repairs, troubleshooting, and installation of machinery.
• Follow safety protocols and maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and maintain a safe work environment.
• Report and document any issues or malfunctions found during inspections or maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure tools and equipment are properly organized and maintained.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of maintenance procedures.
• Monitor and maintain supplies and spare parts inventory to ensure availability for repair tasks.
• Assist with facility maintenance, including basic repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of the building.
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance processes.
• Collaborate with the production team to minimize disruption during maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for minor mechanical or electrical issues.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and equipment.
