Position: (USA) Area Manager - Floor (Grocery) Automotion

Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and or in writing to customers, suppliers, and associates;
Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads;
Monitor and manage productivity of the area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports;
Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on policies, standards, and procedures, monitoring compliance, and maintaining documentation;
Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and participating in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation.
