• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates)
• Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety
• Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports
• Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documents
• Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others when needed to determine corrective action or make recommendations to resolve issues
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, and modeling logistics and company policies; identify training needs and participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience
• or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• or 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience
• or 2 years Walmart Logistics experience
• or 2 years supervisory experience

• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience supervising associates
• Familiarity with Walmart Logistics Systems
• Bachelor’s in Business and/or Logistics
