Material Handler - Forklift Outbound
Responsibilities- Order Processing:
Prepare and process dispatch orders. May include generating shipping documents, labels, and packing lists. - Loading Trucks and Containers.
- Inspecting items for accuracy and condition against dispatch orders and shipping documents.
- Equipment Operation:
Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move and handle materials. - Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean and organized receiving area, including the disposal of packing materials and waste. - Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment and proper handling of materials.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in receiving, inventory management, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of shipping procedures, shipping documentation, and inventory control.
