This is an entry level position to learn Tool and Die Making. Under a supervisor, you will learn to read blueprints, use gauges and equipment to make and rework header and secondary tooling.

This is a 1st Shift Position.

• Utilize and understand the purpose and operation of required tool room equipment.
• Learn how to interpret tooling and production prints.
• Utilize and understand all tool room inspection equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Follow company safety guidelines.
• Perform preventative maintenance when required.
• Learn preventative maintenance procedures.
• Perform all other duties assigned.

• Strong mechanical ability.
• General shop knowledge.
• Experience with a variety of hand tools.
• Strong math skills.
• HS Diploma/GED or relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
