Assembler (1st & 2nd Shift)

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, Day Shift
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, Afternoon/Evening Shift

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble components and products according to work instructions, quality standards, and production schedules. Ideal candidates enjoy working in a team environment, maintaining quality workmanship, and contributing to a safe and productive workplace.

• Assemble products and components using hand and power tools
• Follow assembly instructions, blueprints, and work orders
• Inspect completed products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform basic measurements and visual quality checks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines
• Assist with packaging and material handling as needed

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to lift up to 35-50 pounds as needed

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Belvidere, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
