Salary:
Qualified NP/PA hourly rate is $80 an hour.
Signing Bonus:
Full time providers receive a total signing bonus paid over a period of three years, with $20,000 paid within the first six months of employment, and full bonus dependent on performance, employment dates, and contract details.

- Manage adult and pediatric patients in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Accurately diagnose and treat a wide range of ailments
- Contribute to our positive and supportive medical community
- 1 year of experience in emergency medicine or 18 months of experience in a high‑volume urgent care setting, including the ability to manage adult and pediatric patients
- Licensure as a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner in the state where you are applying
- Active board certification with NCCPA (for Physician Assistants) or AANP/ANCC (for Family Nurse Practitioners)
- 2+ years of experience in emergency medicine or 3+ years of experience in a high‑volume urgent care setting, including the ability to manage adult and pediatric patients
