Medical Technologist & Lab Technician
Work Schedule
90% FTE, 3 12‑hour shifts per week: 7:00 pm – 7:30 am, rotating weekends and holidays.
Work location:
UW Health Belvidere Hospital, 1625 S State St.
Additional components of compensation include shift differentials: $3.50 /hr evening, $4.50 /hr night, and $3.75 /hr weekend shift differential as applicable. Overtime and on‑call pay may also be included.

- Associate’s degree in laboratory science or medical technology. (Required)
- Copy of high‑school diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. (Required)
- One year experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician or relevant laboratory experience. (Preferred)
- Medical Laboratory Technician certification by the Board of American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or similar agency. (Preferred)
