Automotive Sales Representative (No Experience Needed)

Hamblock Ford is a locally owned Ford dealership that's continuing to grow, and we're looking for motivated, positive people to join our sales team.

No automotive sales experience? No problem.

• Welcome customers and build lasting relationships.
• Learn about Ford vehicles, features, and technology.
• Guide customers through the sales process from start to finish.
• Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email.
• Deliver a Fast, Fair, and Friendly experience to every customer.
• Work alongside a supportive team to exceed customer expectations.
• Stay current on inventory, incentives, and product knowledge.

Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, banking, insurance, real estate, or other sales‑related positions is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive paid training.

$60,000 – $120,000+ per year

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
