Job DescriptionGarda World Security Services is now hiring a Security Supervisor.

Schedule- Shift and days may vary and can be discussed during the interview process.
- Shifts:
1st shift 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; 2nd shift 1:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.; 3rd shift 9:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. - Schedules may change due to demand.
- Manage day-to-day site security operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage team of officers.
- Manage access control.
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
- Answer questions in person or by phone.
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
- React quickly to threats or incidents.
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Pass an extensive screening process.
- Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
- Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
- Valid IL PERC.
- Valid driver’s license.
- At least 21 years of age.
