Spec on the Job is hiring experienced PIT Operators for our Belvidere, IL warehouse. Starting pay is $17.50–$18.50 per hour based on experience; operates stand-up forklifts, turret trucks and sit-down PITs on day shifts to support both inbound and outbound processes.
A 3-day paid training program led by our Warehouse Safety Lead ensures safe operation and proper procedures. Shifts are 1st 6:00 AM–2:00 PM and 2nd 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with six hours overlap as needed.
