Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Maintenance Mechanic responsible for preventive and reactive maintenance of processing and packaging equipment, providing technical support to optimize manufacturing operations. Works 12-hour shifts in a 24-hour plant, with opportunities for overtime and shift changes after 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:Install, maintain, repair, and replace industrial processing and packaging machinery
Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues
Provide technical support and leadership for equipment troubleshooting and modifications
Initiate and participate in root cause analysis
Perform both uptime and downtime preventive maintenance
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase platform performance
Assist in training new employees
