Responsibilities- Dispatch drivers and coordinate loads
- Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers
- Track shipments and provide status updates
- Resolve delivery and scheduling issues
- Enter and maintain load information
- Assist with planning and routing
- Dispatching, logistics, or trucking experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
