Warehouse Associate

Meridian is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our print production and promotional product fulfillment operations. This role is hands‑on and essential to keeping orders moving accurately and on time, from receiving materials to packing and shipping finished products.

• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials and promotional products
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare shipments with correct labels, documentation, and packaging
• Load and unload trucks; move materials using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)

• Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Organize warehouse space to support efficient workflow
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Communicate issues, damages, or delays to supervisors promptly

• Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong computer skills for order tracking and inventory systems
• Forklift experience a plus (or willingness to be trained)
• Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented
• Competitive compensation, starting at $19 per hour
