What you’ll Do
Assist in maintaining an accurate record of inventory and prevent and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Promote a safe work environment through personal actions and identify and report safety concerns.
- Conduct regular inventory counts (cycle counts and full physical inventories), record results and discrepancies, and communicate findings to Management or the Customer as needed.
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, including reviewing customer claims, performing cycle counts for missing product, adjusting quantities, printing labels, handling damaged inventory, and disposing of inventory.
- Update inventory and inventory discrepancies in the Warehouse Management System, including processing adjustments.
- Assist with special projects and customer‑specific requests.
- Report on operational errors impacting inventory performance.
- Perform other inventory‑related duties as requested.
- High school diploma or GED plus one to three years of office experience or equivalent training.
- Proficiency with AS/400 and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Forklift license.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment.
- Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division of whole numbers, fractions, and decimals).
- Work in controlled temperatures down to minus 45°F and in various outdoor conditions.
- Operate at heights over 30 ft and access elevated platforms.
- Work in confined areas and climb ladders and stairs.
- Stand, walk, push, pull, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch frequently.
- Lift or move up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Meet vision requirements, including close, distance, color, and depth perception; contacts prohibited when working with ammonia.
- Pass a physical and respiratory/respirator fit exam as required for the role.
- Step up/down to mount and dismount material handling equipment.
- Perform fine hand and foot movements to operate equipment.
- Wear personal protective equipment as required.

Minimum compensation is approximately $19.50–$22.50 per hour, with performance‑based incentives. Rate may vary based on work location.
