• You are detailed oriented. You can perform tasks with attention to details.
• You’re organized, good at managing multiple tasks, paperwork and documentation.

• You’ll do data entry and scan, log and prioritize files.
• You’ll work with laserfische, a statewide data base, and computers.
• You’ll screen all incoming calls and prioritize emergency requests.
• You’ll do referrals to other services at BI-CAP or other agencies.
• You’ll develop spreadsheets to track client data.
• You’ll handle incoming mail and scan documentation received.

• This is an entry-level position requiring reading, communication, math, computer, and problem- solving skills equivalent to High School or GED. Clerical experience is preferred.

• 40 hours/week, $15.56- $21.78/hour, depending on qualifications. Approximately 5-months seasonal position:
  Oct. 1 through mid-Feb (depending on funding). Eligible for holiday and PTO.
