Tire & Lube Technician
Northwest Tire in Bemidji, MN is looking to hire a Tire & Lube Technician to be a part of our exciting team. Ideal candidates should be career minded, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Tire tech experience preferred but not required. We will train the right candidates. We offer a competitive wage and benefit package.
Tire Technician Responsibilities:
- Inspecting and assessing tire tread levels, wear patterns, valve quality, and overall health.
- Repairing punctures and replacing faulty valves.
- Installing new tires.
- Balancing tires and completing wheel alignment procedures.
- Studding tires for snow use.
Tire Technician Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Ability to work in a crouched or standing position for extended periods.
Benefit package includes Health, Dental & Vision insurance. PTO starts immediate and can be used after 90 days. No Sundays. Most jobs are rotating Saturdays. Hours of operation are 7:30am – 5:30pm. Overtime when needed.
