Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Opportunity - $150,000 Sign-On Bonus

This is a 100% outpatient opportunity offering scheduling flexibility, strong clinical support, excellent compensation, and a clear path to partnership—all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

• 100% outpatient primary care
• Nursing home rounds with support from APP's
• Full-spectrum Family or Internal Medicine (Pediatrics through Geriatrics)
• Strong need for chronic disease management and cardiac care

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Choice of 4-day or 5-day workweek

• Average 15-18 patients per day
• Dedicated clinical support team (APPs, CMAs, LPNs, RNs)
• EPIC EMR

• Base salary: $300,000-$325,000 (guaranteed first 2 years)
• $150,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $20,000 relocation assistance
• Partnership opportunity available

• Malpractice coverage including tail
• 6 weeks PTO annually
• Eligible for Minnesota Rural Physician Loan Forgiveness Program
