Practice Details

• Join 2 ophthalmologists and 5 optometrists

• Certified COA & COT techs

• Call: 1:9 - Saturday morning only (4 hours)

• Clinic - 30 patients/day

• One injection day/week – 40 patients

• OR block – 1 day/week

• Optical onsite

• Cataract surgery including premium IOLs, MIGS, oculoplastic, and busy retina injection therapy

• Compensation floor of $600,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

• In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be forgiven if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years
