• Develop and maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment.
• Plan and lead engaging daily activities aligned with Head Start standards.
• Observe, assess, and record each child’s development.
• Collaborate daily with a co‑teacher, classroom aide, and volunteers to support children and families.

• Minimum:
  Infant/Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA)
• Preferred:
  Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with experience teaching young children.
• Must meet MN DHS Rule 3 licensing requirements and pass a DHS background study.

• Full-time, 40 hours/week, year round.
• Wage Range:
  With CDA: $19.70 –$27.59/hour;
  With Associate's: $21.08 –$29.52/hour;
  With Bachelor’s: $24.13–$33.79/hour.
