We're looking for a Civil Engineering Technician who's ready to take the lead - someone who brings deep CAD knowledge, proven production experience, and the ability to guide junior staff while delivering top-tier work on complex projects.

What You'll Do:

* Lead plan production for site development, grading, stormwater, roadway, and utility projects

* Design and draft detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D (surfaces, profiles, corridors, pipe networks, etc.)

* Collaborate with engineers and project managers on technical strategy, deliverables, and timelines

* Review and redline plans for QA/QC and provide technical guidance to junior technicians

* Coordinate with survey, GIS, and field teams for integration of site data

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize deadlines across a dynamic workload

* Revise drawings based on redlines and project feedback

* Participate in client meetings and contribute to project planning and design reviews

What You Bring:

* 5+ years of civil engineering design/drafting experience

* Expert-level proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Micro Station.

* Strong understanding of civil design standards, plan production workflows, and permitting processes

* Strong understanding of civil design standards, construction documentation, and plan production workflows

* Excellent communication, time management, and mentoring skills

* Share your expertise and help develop junior staff

* Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as needed.

* Salary range: $28.00 to $45.00 (depending on level of experience)
