A young, dynamic team that enjoys coming to work.  Our group of therapists is energetic, collaborative, and forward-thinking. You’ll find a culture that values fresh ideas, mutual support, and a good laugh between patients.
Variety that keeps you sharp.  You’ll split your time across Luverne, Edgerton, and Pipestone — three thriving southwest Minnesota communities — plus a small Home Health caseload that lets you see your patients progress in real-life environments.
Mentorship and professional growth built in.  Whether you’re a new grad or seasoned SLP, you’ll have access to experienced rehab leaders, clinical resources, and support for your professional development goals.
We make your work-life balance matter.  Flexible scheduling, reasonable productivity expectations, and leadership that actually listens — because your personal life shouldn’t take a backseat to your professional one.
Big-hearted organization, small-town feel.  As part of the non-profit Good Samaritan Society, your work qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness (PSLF) — and you’ll be part of a mission-driven organization that puts compassion first.
