Sanford Health - Up to $29.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Serve as a resource for employees, internal departments, and outside customers, answering questions and resolving issues within the department.;
Mentor new employees and assist with orientation and training; develop training curriculum as needed.;
Provide oversight of work tasks and adjust staffing to ensure appropriate coverage due to absences or float coverage.;
Facilitate change and adoption of new processes; assist in department education and training.;
Assist in managing productivity and department reports; demonstrate analytical decision-making and project management skills.
