Provide resident centered personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing;
Assist residents in transferring, repositioning and walking using correct transfer techniques and equipment;
Complete tasks related to dining and food preparation; assist with meals and snacks;
Accurately document outcomes related to resident cares, medications/treatments, behaviors, activities and dietary;
Provide housekeeping and laundry services to assist residents and maintain clean living areas; follow hand washing and PPE protocols
