Sanford Health - Up to $26.21/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provides resident centered personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining vital signs, psychosocial support and other personal cares;
Assists residents in transferring, repositioning and walking using correct and appropriate transfer techniques and equipment; provides range of motion and passive exercise;
Completes tasks related to dining and food preparation; assists residents with meals and snacks, provides water and supplements as appropriate;
Provides the right medication to the right person at the right time in the right dose and by the right route ensuring all changes in medication are responded to in a timely manner;
Accurately documents outcomes related to resident cares, medications/treatments, behaviors, activities and dietary;
Provides housekeeping and laundry services; follows PPE use
