What You’ll Do:- Conduct one-time psychological and behavioral health evaluations for Veterans as part of the disability claims process
- Perform clinical interviews, mental health assessments, and comprehensive record reviews
- Assess psychiatric and psychological conditions in support of Veteran disability evaluations
- Work in a low-volume setting, typically seeing 1–4 Veterans per day
- Complete documentation electronically through a secure platform
- Receive fully provided technology, training, and clinical support
- No ongoing therapy or counseling sessions
- No treatment planning or long-term patient management
- No prescribing responsibilities
- No disability rating calculations or benefits determinations
- No scheduling responsibilities or walk-in patients
- No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities
