Up to $2500 Placement & Completion Bonus |  SY | $28-$40 per hour | Full-Time | Bemidji, MN | School-Based | MN SLPA License not required - eligibility to obtain

About the Role

Speech therapy in a school is where you see the whole picture, the same students, the same team, all year long. As an SLP with Point Quest, you'll evaluate, plan, and deliver services that help K-12 students communicate and thrive, partnering closely with teachers and families to make progress stick. What You'll Do
  • Provide direct speech therapy services to students aligned with IEP goals under the supervision of an SLP
  • Assist in implementing treatment plans and documenting student progress toward established goals
  • Support the SLP in conducting screenings, data collection, and informal assessments
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to reinforce communication strategies across environments
  • Maintain accurate and compliant therapy notes, service logs, and progress documentation
  • Prepare therapy materials and adapt activities to meet individual student needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions as appropriate
What We're Looking For

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Current SLPA license or certification in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain)
  • DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred:

  • One year of experience in a school or pediatric setting
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and special education services
  • Knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Experience supporting diverse student populations
