Maintain a safe and sanitary environment in patient rooms and assigned areas following infection control guidelines;
Empty waste baskets, sweep, scrub, wax, or polish floors using brooms, mops, or powered scrubbing and waxing machines;
Clean patient rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas to meet health standards;
Wear appropriate PPE and keep storage, equipment and carts clean and tidy;
Assist in the laundry areas as appropriate
