Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Marshfield Clinic - 1300 Anne Street Northwest - Responsibilities:
Assist patients with therapy activities and exercises scheduled in a treatment plan under the supervision of an occupational therapist;
Provide, monitor and record therapy services to patients with physical, cognitive, developmental and psychosocial impairments;
Select, implement, and modify therapeutic activities and interventions according to competency level, patient goals, and licensure requirements;
Exchange information with and provide documentation to the occupational therapist about patient responses and communications during intervention;
Maintain knowledge of patient outcomes and provide information and documentation related to outcome achievement
